Ethisphere Annual Global Summit

Our Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) were established around a common dimension of diversity and provide employees and their allies with networking, mentoring, coaching, recruiting, individual development and community outreach opportunities. EBRGs are voluntary, employee-led groups, and all employees are welcome to join an EBRG that resonates with them.

BELONG EBRG - Blacks Engaging, Leading, Organizing, Nurturing and Growing Network. BELONG mentors, develops, empowers, inspires, and engages our black team members and allies to continually enhance our workplace culture and foster equality for all.

HOLA EBRG - Hispanic Origin and Latin American Network. HOLA’s goal is to celebrate the culture and value of Hispanic and Latin Americans through its vast diversity of professionals at Parsons. In addition, HOLA advocates cultural inclusion of Hispanic and Latin American employees and their allies through engagement, collaboration, and mentorship.

MILVET EBRG - Military and Veterans Affairs Program/Network. MILVET’s vision is to create an environment that recognizes the value of military service and enhances our veterans, reservists, and military spouses’ careers and success. Through MILVET, we can engage and foster a community of support and comradery that will ensure the success of our veterans, reservists, and military spouses—in partnership with our allies.

PRIDE Alliance EBRG - LGBTQ+ Network. The goal of PRIDE Alliance is to ensure voices of our LGBTQ+ community and their allies are heard and to acknowledge the contributions of LGBTQ+ employees at Parsons. PRIDE Alliance cultivates a safe work environment for those who identify as LGBTQ+ and imparts change through engagement activities, policy, leadership advocacy and initiatives.

PWR EBRG - Parsons Women’s Roundtable Network. PWR’s vision is to create a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace focused on the advancement of women, both within Parsons as well as globally, through learning programs, mentorship, and targeted networking and partnership opportunities. By increasing the opportunities for and advancing women within Parsons, we advance women and Parsons in the marketplace.

SOAR - Society of Oceanic and Asian Regions Network. SOAR’s mission is to educate others regarding Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) culture and adversities, celebrate influential members of the AAPI community both throughout history and here at Parsons, and activate our Parsons AAPI people and their allies in support of a stronger voice and a brighter future for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.
